Rochelle Belcher has been practicing law since 1985 when she graduated from Monash University with her Law Degree. She has worked in a number of leading family law firms and for the first 16 years of her career predominantly worked in legal aid. She became an accredited Family Law Specialist in 1997.
Besides practicing, Rochelle also has used her talents to teach legal process at Vic University and the Advanced Diploma in Business (Legal Practice). Rochelle has a Certificate IV in Work Place Training.
Rochelle has an understanding approach coupled with a good eye for the law enabling her to listen sympathetically while still keeping an eye on the legal aspects. She is passionate about ensuring the right thing is done for her clients and some involved quite complicated family law cases.
As well as Family Law, Rochelle intends to lend her unique talents to the legal areas of Wills and Conveyancing, which matches well with the areas she already works in.
