Rochelle Belcher has been practicing law since 1985 when she graduated from Monash University with her Law Degree. She started out with Legal Aid but it became apparent early on that Family Law would be her field. She has since become an accredited Family Law Specialist.
Besides practicing, Rochelle also has used her talents to teach legal process at Vic University in the Advanced Diploma in Business (Legal Practice). Rochelle has a Certificate IV in Work Place Training.
Rochelle has an understanding approach coupled with a good eye for the law enabling her to listen sympathetically while still keeping an eye on the legal aspects. She is passionate about ensuring the right thing is done for her clients and all involved in sometimes quite complicated family law cases.
As well as Family Law, Rochelle intends to lend her unique talents to the legal areas of Wills and Conveyancing, which matches well with the areas she already works in.
Rochelle has recently started out in her own legal practice and is already managing an expanding client base
